JAMIE VARNER

Jamie Varner has over 15 years of experience with expertise in operations, finance, M&A, small businesses, and turnarounds. Mr. Varner is currently Vice President of an early stage company, HRP Technology, that produces a product that sanitizes, degreases, descales, and unclogs piping systems using a patented pulse wave cavitation technology.

Prior to joining HRP Technology, Mr. Varner was President/CEO of JESCO. Mr. Varner formed JESCO in 1996 by purchasing the assets of a $1 million manufacturing and setting up a new 70,000 square foot manufacturing facility. Over the next four years he completed three additional acquisitions and grew JESCO’s revenue from $1 million to $6 million. Mr. Varner sold JESCO to a New York based packaging company in 2002.

Prior to starting JESCO, Mr. Varner was Vice President of a $400 million distributor with primary responsibilities including finance, operations, and information systems. Earlier in his career he was an Operations/Financial Analyst and an Aerospace Engineer.

Mr Varner holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Business, and Bachelor of Science Degrees in both Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
