ROGER LONDON

As President of TrustOne Capital Services, Inc., Mr. London has provided technology firms with Corporate Finance and Merger & Acquisition services. Mr. London has assisted small technology companies build business models, revenue models, investor presentations, find investor capital, advise on financial strategies and structures, negotiate transactions, restructure debt and evaluate/recruit management teams. His knowledge of the capital markets, investor criteria, liquidity issues and growth/exit strategies has helped many clients form their capitalization plan. Prior to this investment banking work at TrustOne Capital, Mr. London was awarded and negotiated transactions of loan portfolio assets originating primarily from the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) and resold in the secondary market. Since starting TrustOne in 1991 Mr. London has been a principal in or advisor to over $300M in awards and transactions.
