SUSAN P. KEARNEY

Susan Kearney is Founder, President, and CEO of SalesTraction, Inc., and co-inventor of the patented PainPowerFit revenue performance management system. She is an entrepreneurial senior executive with a proven track record of success in marketing and selling high tech solutions for companies ranging from large, publicly held corporations to startups. Susan is a dynamic leader whose focus is successfully building and deploying teams to meet aggressive growth goals in today's rapidly changing business environments. Her 20 year career includes leadership positions in corporate and field marketing, sales and business development, and field operations.

Susan has survived and thrived in over a half a dozen startup and restart situations over the course of her career. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a software and services startup, she achieved over 150% annual revenue growth while tripling the customer list. Her innovative approach to developing partnerships was documented in a business case study published by the Darden School at the University of Virginia. In another startup situation, she grew revenue tenfold over two years and exceeded contribution targets each year, while earning the "Against All Odds" award for exceptional performance under extremely difficult conditions.

Ms. Kearney is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Pace University's MBA Program in Strategic Management, and earned a B.A. in Russian Studies and Economics from the University of Virginia. She is currently enrolled in the Leadership Coaching program at George Washington University, and has completed many Executive Education programs in Sales, Marketing, Management, and Leadership at the Darden School of the University of Virginia.

Susan is on the Advisory Board for the Aurora House Girls' Home in Falls Church, Virginia, and volunteers with ChildHelp, a national, non-profit organization supporting research and treatment in the fight again child abuse and neglect, as Chairman of its Speakers' Bureau. She is a member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council and serves on the Steering Committee for its Executive Forum. Susan is also a member of Women in Technology and Chairs the Steering Committee for the Women Business Owners' group. She is a volunteer Venture Mentor and serves on the Advisory Board of a select group of emerging technology companies.
