TIMM JOHNSON


Timm Johnson has over twenty-one years of financial and operations experience for software and services growth companies. Currently, he is a founding director of Venture Mentors, a provider of advisory services to entrepreneurs and start up companies.

Mr. Johnson served as CFO of MasterMind Technologies, a leading provider of telecommunications software to communication service providers worldwide. Mr. Johnson led the company to its acquisition by InterTel Corporation in November 2001. Before joining MMT, Mr. Johnson was CFO and COO of Caucus Systems, a leading provider of online collaborative environments for Global 1000 companies. He was responsible for Finance, Sales and Operations. Prior to Caucus, Mr. Johnson was Director of Finance for Corporate Software & Technology (CS&T), a $1B global company providing software and services to the Fortune 500. Previously he was Director of Information Systems at MAXM Systems Corp. Vice President of Professional Services for JXN Graphics Inc., CFO/CIO for DLP & Associates, and Controller for Lusk Shipping. Additionally, Mr. Johnson is an active participant and advisor to several entrepreneur associations in the Washington area.
